Microsoft Fortran Powerstation 40 Serial
MSFRT40 = 'MicroSoft Fortran Run Time (Power Station) 4.0' was the runtime support for programs compiled with the last Microsoft Fortran compiler (PowerStation 4.0). This dynamic link library should have been provided with SPSS. The DLL used to be available in a patch to Fortran PowerStation named MSFPS40A.EXE and available at the Microsoft FTP site. Shortly after MS got out of the Fortran business in favor of Digital, now Compaq, Visual Fortran the file disappeared from the MS FTP site. By the way, which version of SPSS is this? I thought that SPSS had been recoded to C years ago. (It used to be in Fortran.) I wish I could be of more help; I don't have the file you seek.
However, you might try posting your request in the COMP.LANG.FORTRAN news group. Many of the people active in that group still use the MS Fortran PowerStation 4.0 compiler.
